The 3G revolution has hit everywhere and everyone, thus mobile web services have become a lucrative business opportunity, especially mobile content selling which includes app downloads, music download, video streaming and downloading and so much more. To sell products and services on mobile web, the right traffic needs to be forwarded to the right merchant seller and this has led to the increase in the number of mobile advertising companies.
The awareness of new product or service offering needs to be advertised to bring in clients who may do transactions with the merchant for the service or product. Usually an application or a mobile game is a part of this transaction but such a mobile-commerce is not just limited towards applications, it even includes ringtones, wallpapers, full songs, ebooks, movie streams, videos and more. This article is about one mobile advertisement based company called vserv.mobi which is one newsmaker these days.
VServ, a company founded by two former Mauj Mobile executives Dippak Khurana and Ashay Padwal has very recently launched a mobile advertising network for Java based applications and games. Mr. Khurana was previously Business Head (Content & International Operations) at Mauj, whereby Mr. Padwal was CTO. Apart from this, the company also has a mobile advertising network for WAP, and is providing its mobile ad serving technology to media company. In terms of Ad Serving, they have tied up with Mobile ESPN and Network18.
Inmobi and Admob have long enjoyed a less competitive mobile advertisement market, with Vserv joining the race things are getting more excited in the mobile advertising market. This new entrant will hopefully increase the CPC rates for mobile ad clicks - something which has been very disappointing these few days. With the 3G revolution going on, content hungry mobile smartphones are set to be well served by Vserv.

Vserv sucks! They dont pay anything for clicks. If i integrate their ad code in my site, then my site gets slow. The page takes a lot of time to load. If i try to log in their admin panel, it doesnt allow me in during peak hours of mobile ad serving. Vserv is really bad.
